Have you ever gone to a supermarket or department store and it was just a mess? The mess was so bad that you did not want to stay there and left. That is what prophetic ministry without administration is. Prophetic ministry connects vision to fit the mission.
Prophetic ministry without administration does not create a union in the church. Jesus himself administrated before performing a miracle. When Jesus fed the five thousand he had both supernatural and administration.
He saw the problem
He directed the people to sit down
He believed God for miracle
He distributed the miracle that all may partake
Administration is a major aspect to seeing heaven released on earth.
