Refund Policy: All purchases have a 14 day period from the initial day of sign up to receive a refund. After those 14 days no refunds will be issued. Monthly members who desire to discontinue their membership after the initial 14 day period from sign up are not eligible for a refund after the 14 day period has expired.
Ex: If you are monthly member and you want to cancel your membership you must cancel before the next billing cycle. Refunds will only be executed during the first billing cycle within the first 14 days from enrollment.
